When an organization makes the decision to purchase and ultimately rollout a new technology, much of the focus is on the technical activities required. However, for organizations to succeed in deploying new technology as part of a business transformation, the focus must also be on ensuring successful product adoption through customer experience and education.

A Resigility client was working to deploy Office365 (O365) to their entire organization of approximately 20,000 employees. While they worked diligently to ensure the technical aspects of the implementation were flawless, there was a gap: a need to develop a comprehensive plan to increase user adoption that focused on the benefits of the technology to the end-user.

By developing a comprehensive user adoption plan inclusive of technology benefit identification and customer journey mapping, Resigility was able to deploy a multi-channel user adoption model that created new customer support and education processes to allow for better understanding, adoption and use of the new suite of O365 products.
