Michael has over 25 years of experience helping the world‘s most iconic brands design, develop and enable preferred customer and employee experiences.  Utilizing modern CX strategies, principles, and frameworks, coupled with a trusted advisor mentality, he has successfully led large, complex engagements to unify people, processes, tech and data to achieve a common goal.  Michael has a proven track record of creating tailored solutions that balance customer success with operational excellence, and has a passion for creating employee experience programs that promote a signature culture.   He has also built and led CX Consulting practices at some of the most respected GSI / SI companies.  When not at work, Michael enjoys all things health and fitness related, plays league tennis, and loves to travel the world with his wife.
